How to arrive
by car
follow the link on google map (https://maps.app.goo.gl/bYikNP3jVBqDCqrr9). Given that the house is located in the historic center and pedestrian area, if you arrive by car, in addition to the gps position, refer to the video to reach one of the three car parks near the house.
by bus
Line D21
from Varenna railway station take the bus lin D21 (timetable). Your stop is REGOLO (beside the first parking shown in the video).
Than, to get the flat, one minute walking distance, following the map below.
Night Bus Perledo
it’s a free daily service operating from 9pm to midnight.
The service is active from the 1st of June 2024, till the end of September 2024.
It starts from train station (the terminal) going to the hamlets and the centre of PERLEDO. There are 13 stops on request. To reserve the stop just scan the barcode located on the bus stop and follow the instructions to send a message to the driver.
The boarding order will be defined by the driver based on the requested destination, not necessarily following the order of arrival of the passengers.

WARNING: given the high demand it can often be difficult to find an available ride. We therefore recommend always booking in advance!
Pay attention to the difference between public taxi service (white car and bright “taxi” panel on its roof) and private NCC service (any type of car with NCC sign normally displayed next to the rear license plate).
The public service has a taximeter in the car and rates agreed with the municipality.
The private service can apply any rate that is agreed with passengers before leaving. So remember to ask the driver before boarding the fare for the place you need to reach.

by foot
you may on a roman path dedicated to pedestrians. Get the apartment takes about 25/30 minutes but is but it is demanding and I do not recommend it with luggage in tow.
